Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and have no signs of wear and tear.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

How to Return

  1. Contact us on the contact page with your order number to initiate a return. If you are returning due to a quality issue, please note that we will require photos of the problem before we are able to approve the return.

  2. Once approved, please ship your item back to us using a tracked postal service so we can ensure that we receive your parcel back safely and promptly.

  3. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Important

  • You must use a tracked shipping service for your return.

  • If you choose to return an item using an untracked service and the parcel goes missing, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

  • We recommend keeping your postage receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method providing it meets our returns criteria.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

  • If you choose to return your item and opt for an exchange in the 14 day grace period then you are welcome to do so. 

  • We will not post your replacement bag until we have received the bag that you wish to exchange back to us. 

  • Please note you will be responsible for 100% of the postage costs in relation to any exchanges.

  • Due to the nature of our business it may not always be possible to exchange for the exact same print.
